Client - Mr and Mrs Williams Project Type - Timber frame Orangery / Extension Job Specification - Timber Frame, I Joist Roof Description - This 3 mtr x 3 mtr extension was completed in just one month including the fit out for under-floor heating and a whole new kitchen and small utility room. The internal structure was of course timber frame, which not only provided a much better insulation value, but also significantly sped up the installation process - and with a lot less mess! It enabled internal fit-out trades to follow-on and work in a covered environment in just two days of the frame arriving on site. The windows and doors pre-ordered to drawing dimensions, meant there was no waiting time and the property was secure immediately. The folding doors to the new patio provides valuable space in summer.
